The tailwater below Chickamauga dam near Chattanooga, TN is the most amazing place I’ve every fished. The fish are plentiful and big. 50 fish days are common. The most abundant species is the Spotted (KY) Bass. These KYs are an unbelievable average size and are very plentiful and easy to catch. Trophy Largemouth and Smallmouth are also available. On one day in the spring of 2009, I caught a Largemouth over 6, a Smallmouth over 5, and a Spot over 4!
